La polemica con Axpe Consulting..

Se ha levantado una tormenta con el asunto de Axpe Consulting..

Bueno parece que ellos se lo han buscado.. por su gestion y si se estuvieran tranquilos no saldria de unos cuantos blogs...

Si vemos los comentarios sobre este tema aparecen opiones en que se escusan con que es lo habitual en el sector de las consultoras/ servicios informaticos/ servicios tecnologicas...

Opino que sí, que es algo que en mas o menos medida las empresas de este sector recurren a ese tipo de gestion en una parte no pequeña de su negocio..



Entonces creo que esto deberia dar pie a un debate/reflexion de mayor calado, que busque dar solucion a este problema..

No puede ser que existan personas que dirijan areas/departamentos/direcciones/empresas en que su estilo sea el del apretar al trabajador... y en un sector cualificado..


Que esto pase en mas empresas que Axpe, no lo justica. Hay que cambiarlo. Cambiarlo en todas ellas..

Ni que decir tiene que apoyo la libertad de expresar opiniones, libertad de informacion/comunicacion y expresamente a aquellos que tienen enlaces/comentarios sobre Axpe Consulting

Hacía tiempo que no seguía tu blog. No me había enterado de nada relativo a Axpe. Será porque vivo desconectado. Por otra parte... tras haber leído alguno de los 7000 posts que hay en el blog del Axpeado, me reafirmo en una conclusión a la que llegué hace algún tiempo. Las empresas son todas iguales. Su objetivo es ganar dinero, no hacer amigos. Y si algún día yo tengo la responsabilidad de llevar un equipo de profesionales o de crear mi propia empresa, supongo que me veré en la disyuntiva de apretar al currante o asumir las pérdidas.

En el fondo... esa es la cuestión. El cliente no asume las pérdidas. Sólo ve la etiqueta del precio en la parte de abajo. La calidad es un aspecto secundario. Tras ese plantamiento viene todo los demás. Me encanta mi trabajo... pero cada vez que asquea más las circunstancias que lo envuelven.
